The delivery time for most non-woven wallpaper is 3 to 5 working days. This is because we do not keep this wallpaper in stock; it is produced to order. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive the track & trace link by email (shipping via PostNL or GLS).

We do have the plain wallpaper from the Hotel Chique and Natural Chique collections in stock. Orders placed before 9:30 PM are usually shipped the same working day via DHL. Occasionally, a color may be out of stock; in that case, it can take up to 2 weeks before we can supply the wallpaper again. We always indicate this with the relevant product.

Of course, it can always happen that you have ordered the wrong product, or that you would prefer a different wallpaper. In that case, you can return the product (with the exception of custom-made wallpaper and wallpaper samples) within 30 days to:

As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number used to pay for your order.

While wallpapering, you discover that you have a roll (or multiple rolls) left over. No problem at all. You can return them within 30 days to:

If you ordered multiple rolls of the same type of wallpaper, only rolls that are still sealed may be returned. You may, of course, open the first roll to assess the color and quality.

As soon as we have received the roll(s) in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number used to pay for your order.

The shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense. The costs depend on the country from which you are shipping and on current postal rates.

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can always do so (with the exception of custom wallpaper). Send us a quick email or WhatsApp message with your name and order number, and we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer stop the package. You will have to wait until you have received the package so that you can still return it to us. The return costs are at your own expense. As soon as we have received the package back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days.
