Wallpaper material
The '160 grams matte' wallpaper is strong and very easy to apply yourself. It is beautiful material that is produced in an environmentally friendly way. This wallpaper is not suitable for damp rooms because it has no coating. However, the wallpaper is lightfast, so it does not discolour.
This wallpaper is made from high-quality non-woven wallpaper (160 grams) and features subtle accents in your choice of high-gloss or silk-gloss gold foil. This wallpaper is not washable.
Our vinyl wallpaper is super strong (350 grams) and has a tactile linen texture. Furthermore, it is washable and moisture-resistant, ideal for the kitchen or bathroom, for example. Vinyl wallpaper is easy to clean and highly resistant to bumps and scratches.
This wallpaper is made from high-quality non-woven wallpaper with a vinyl top layer. As a result, this wallpaper is stain-resistant and washable, making it highly suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, or toilets. Furthermore, this wallpaper features a visible and tactile linen texture.
The wallpaper from the Hotel Chique Textile collection is made of 100% viscose, giving it a super soft feel. Moreover, this material has acoustic properties, making it highly suitable for high ceilings and new-build homes. This textile wallpaper is available in 2 different designs and 16 colours.
Colours on screen
We strive to display the wallpaper colours as realistically as possible. However, the colour may differ slightly from the actual product colour. This is due to the way colour and light intensity are set on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you are unsure about the colour, we advise you to order a sample first.
Colours on wallpaper samples
Very occasionally, the colour on a wallpaper sample differs slightly from the wallpaper you ultimately receive. This is because the samples and the wallpaper are not produced at the same time.
Absolutely. The base of our wallpaper meets the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 standard. Our wallpaper is also free of formaldehyde and other volatile substances that can be harmful to the environment and health. The wallpaper is therefore PVC- and vinyl-free*.

Patterned wallpaper consists of a specific pattern that is repeatable horizontally. A roll of most patterned wallpaper (160-gram non-woven) contains 2 strips, each 48.7 cm wide by 280 cm high, which you must cut yourself. For ceilings higher than 280 cm, you can order custom-made patterned wallpaper.
Wall murals are wallpaper consisting of a single image. It is wall-filling wallpaper, covering from floor to ceiling. Available in 3 standard sizes, namely 4, 6, or 8 sheets wide (height 280 cm). All wall murals can also be ordered custom-made.
A wallpaper circle is round wallpaper consisting of 3 or 4 pre-cut wallpaper strips, each 47.5 cm wide. Most prints are available in 2 standard sizes: 142.5 cm or 190 cm (diameter).
A wallpaper panel is essentially a large wallpaper poster with a standard size of 142.5 cm wide by 180 cm high. The print consists of 3 pre-cut wallpaper strips, each 47.5 cm wide.
Calculate, apply and remove wallpaper
First, measure your wall and add extra cutting waste: 6 cm in width and 6 cm in height.
A roll of patterned wallpaper (160-gram non-woven) consists of 2 strips, each 48.7 cm wide and 280 cm high. For technical reasons, the wallpaper may end up being 48.4 cm wide. So, always allow for extra margin so you don't run short.
Suppose your wall is 342 cm wide by 262 cm high. The production size (including cutting waste) comes to 348 x 268 cm. Divide the width of the wall by the strip width: 348 cm : 48.7 cm = 7.15 = rounded to 8 strips = 4 rolls.
A roll of Hotel Chique or Natural Chique wallpaper is 53 cm wide and 10 meters long.
Suppose your wall is 297 cm wide by 265 cm high. The production size (including cutting waste) comes to 303 x 271 cm = 3 strips from 1 roll. Divide the width of the wall by the strip width: 303 cm : 53 cm = 5.72 = rounded to 6 strips = 2 rolls. When ordering multiple rolls, the rolls must have the same batch number to prevent minor colour differences between the rolls. Therefore, always check before applying whether the delivered rolls have the same batch number.
No, it is not difficult. You apply the glue directly to the wall, meaning you do not need a wallpapering table. Place the sheets butt-jointed — so right against each other without overlap —without using force. If you apply too much pressure, you will essentially stretch the material slightly. The wallpaper will then return to its original state after drying, which can cause small seams to appear.
Tip: Do not use too much glue on the wall. If excess glue does get on the visible side of the wallpaper, remove it quickly with a dry, clean tea towel or paper towel. If you leave the glue on for too long, dark streaks may appear at the seams.
Applying textile wallpaper is just a little more challenging than regular non-woven wallpaper. This is because the wallpaper is quite heavy and fairly wide (approximately 100 cm). Therefore, we recommend hiring a professional wallpaperer for this. Do you still want to wallpaper yourself? The supplied wallpaper comes with clear application instructions (in English). Important to know: you apply this wallpaper sheet by sheet, rotating each subsequent sheet 180 degrees.

Continue in this way until the wall is finished. By rotating each strip, the colours blend together more smoothly and you prevent colour differences.

Perfax Wall Adhesive Vinyl & Textile
These are all ready-to-use wallpaper adhesives that you apply directly from the bucket onto the wall using a paint roller. These adhesives are available at any hardware store, DIY shop, or wallpaper specialty store.
Unlike regular non-woven wallpaper, you do apply adhesive for non-woven wallpaper to the sheets of a circle or panel. It takes about 10 minutes for the adhesive to dry, so you have plenty of time to slide the sheets into the correct position. The application instructions are on the label (in English).
It is very simple; you do not need a steam machine for this. Even after years, you can pull the wallpaper sheets off the wall dry. Do this carefully: some pieces of wallpaper may not come off in one go. Should any wallpaper remain, carefully scrape it off with a clean putty knife. This will make your wall smooth again, and you can wallpaper again.
Customised wallpaper
Measure the width of the wall with a tape measure. Measure the height of the wall at several points: at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end. Start from the highest point. Now you have the actual dimensions of the wall. Add an extra 6 cm to the width and 6 cm to the height. You need this cutting waste because no wall is perfectly straight. If you are applying the wallpaper to a wall that goes around a corner, add another 6 cm to the width.
If your wall is larger than a standard roll, simply order custom-sized wallpaper using our wallpaper configurator. Go to the wallpaper you spotted. Click the "Determine your own size" button and enter the width and height. Allow for extra trimming waste: add 6 cm to the width and 6 cm to the height. Click and drag the wallpaper to the desired cutout. You will see the price immediately (incl. VAT and free shipping).
Measure your wall, round the width to the nearest meter, and add 10 cm to the height. Example: your wall is 468 cm wide by 274 cm high. You would then order 500 cm wide by 284 cm high, totaling 14.2 m². You will receive a roll approximately one meter wide by 14.2 meters long. The price comes to 14.2 m² x €50 = €710. Customised wallpaper is made especially for you, so you cannot return it. Cancellation is possible, but only if the cancellation takes place before the wallpaper has been produced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your custom order.

Warranty & delivery times
The production and delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you will receive the link with the track & trace code by email (shipping via PostNL or GLS).
We have the wallpaper from the Hotel Chique and Natural Chique collections in stock. Ordered before 9:30 PM = shipped the same day with DHL.
We apply the so-called statutory guarantee: the wallpaper must be in good condition at the time you purchase it from us. If, unexpectedly, this is not the case, we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. Please also check the questions under the heading Complaints. The guarantee expires once the wallpaper is on the wall. Your order confirmation includes an invoice which also serves as your proof of warranty.
Complaints
Take a photo of the box and unpack your order. Usually, the wallpaper itself is undamaged. However, should the wallpaper unexpectedly be damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damage along with your name and order number. You will receive new wallpaper as soon as possible.
Of course, it is possible that the wallpaper does not meet your expectations. Please return your order with the packing slip within 30 days to KEK Amsterdam, Returns Department, Nering Bögelweg 123, 7418 HJ Deventer, The Netherlands. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. As soon as we have received the package back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within three working days. Custom-made wallpaper and wallpaper samples cannot be returned.
Before you started, you read the pasting instructions carefully, of course. And yet, something went wrong. It happens. For example, because you cut a sheet incorrectly. Or you are just a little short. Very annoying! We are happy to help you resolve the problem. Send us an email immediately briefly describing what went wrong, plus your name and order number. We will get back to you quickly.
We work with great suppliers who, just like us, always strive for the best quality and service. Nevertheless, things can sometimes go wrong during the production process. In that case, please email us a description of your complaint along with a few clear photos (a close-up photo and a photo taken from a distance). This will allow us to properly assess your complaint and discuss it immediately with the relevant supplier. If it is confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect, we will send new wallpaper as soon as possible. Should something unexpectedly go wrong during the application of the wallpaper (either by yourself or by a wallpaper professional), we are happy to help you find a solution.
Returns
Of course, it can happen that you have ordered the wrong wallpaper, or that you would prefer a different color. In that case, you can return the wallpaper (with the exception of custom-made wallpaper, Hotel Chique Textile, and wallpaper samples) with the packing slip within 30 days to KEK Amsterdam, Returns Department, Nering Bögelweg 123, 7418 HJ Deventer, The Netherlands.
As soon as we have received your order back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number used to pay for your order.
While wallpapering, you discover that you have a roll (or multiple rolls) left over. You can return these with the packing slip within 30 days to KEK Amsterdam, Returns Department, Nering Bögelweg 123, 7418 HJ Deventer, The Netherlands. As soon as we have received the roll(s) back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account used to pay for your order. If you ordered multiple rolls of the same type of wallpaper, only rolls that are still sealed may be returned. You may, of course, open the first roll to assess the colour and quality.
The shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense. The costs depend on the country from which you are shipping and on current postal rates.

Cancelling
Cancellation is only possible if the wallpaper has not yet been produced or shipped. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
